Here's a fun contest my mom started. I can't wait to see what you creative stagers have come up with for your challenging properties.

First we'll have a contest at our upcoming Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Then we will have a contest on Active Rain!

How fun is that. We can wait to see the challenges and solutions and look for the best of the worst (eyesore that is) entries.
Now we need a prize for the online contest. Any suggestions?

I am going to have to let my stager know about this contest. Can't wait to see the entries.
I can't either Michael, this should be a fun one!
Chris: That top building looks like it was build with Lego blocks... using out-of-date Lego colors. Hmmm... how "colorful..." LOL.
Karen Anne - I found it on istock photo. It's in San Francisco, I can't imagine saying, "It's the green and orange house on the left..."
Hi Chris, This contest should be a lot of fun for stagers. I love looking at before and after photos of staged rooms.
I will be looking forward to seeing the entries.. After trying to pick favorites in Russel's Nature and Marketing Contest, I've decided judging is not so easy.
Shirley - I never get tired of before and after pictures either, I love them.
Ann - Judging is definitely NOT easy. I totally agree. Especially when you get such high quality entries.
